Enables workspace manager for an application.

Returns

It is 0 if the workspace manager has been initialized; otherwise nonzero.

You must either:

• use CBCGPWinApp class instead of CWinApp or CWinAppEx (recommended way)
• construct a CBCGPWorkspace object
• derive your application object from CBCGPWorkspace
• call CBCGPWorkspace::UseWorkspaceManager() to automatically initialize an object for you

Parameters

lpszSectionName	Specifies a registry path to a key that will be used as a root key for application data.
bResourceSmartUpdate	Set this parameter to TRUE to enable resource smart updating.
