Indicates whether the CBCGPAppointmentBaseProperty object does not equal the specified CBCGPAppointmentBaseProperty object.

Returns TRUE if the object specified by rProp is not equal to the CBCGPAppointmentBaseProperty object; otherwise FALSE.

The default implementation compares address of rProp and this.
