The message is sent to the parent of CBCGPPlannerManagerCtrl when an appointment has been removed from the Planner Control.

Parameters

wParam	This parameter is not used.
lParam	a pointer to the removed appointment.

Returns

-1L - cancel delete, 0L - delete single appointment or only occurrence of the series, 1L - delete full series.
