Called by the framework to show popup menu associated with the ToolbarMenuButton at the specified point.
Overriden from the ToolbarMenuButton. Called by the framework to display popup menu associated with the  ToolbarBaseControlButton. In ToolbarBaseControlButton class returns a null reference.
