OnDrawComboDropButton Method (VisualManager)

This function is called by the framework on painting ToolbarComboBox button object on the toolbar or in the customize list of the customize dialog box. Draws the drop-down button on the combobox. Override this member function in your VisualManager-derived class to customize the drop-down appearance.
