Returns distance between axis labels and the axis line.

Call this method to determine distance between axis labels and the axis line + size of axis major tick mark. This method returns scaled value.

The default base (non-scaled) value is 2. You can set the distance using CBCGPChartAxis::m_dblLabelDistance.
