Redraws a progress dialog header.

Use this method to redraw a progress dialog header. Header is a (custom) banner located above the progress control.

The header height is specified by CBCGPProgressDlgParams::m_nHeaderHeight. You must override OnDrawHeader() in a derived class and implement custom drawing. This function is called only if m_nHeaderHeight is greater than 0.
