This registered windows message is sent to the grid's owner window by the default implementation of CBCGPGridCtrl::OnHeaderMenuButtonClick.

Parameters

wParam	ID of Grid Control that sent the message
lParam	a clicked column index.

Returns

The return value is ignored.
