Controls spacing between the right side of the rightmost toolbar and the right side of the dock bar.

Autohide toolbars are placed statically (can't be dragged by the user) on the autohide dock bars. Use this function to control spacing between the right side of the rightmost autohide toolbar and the right side of the dock bar.
