Controls spacing between the left side of the leftmost toolbar and the left side of the dock bar.

Autohide toolbars are placed statically (can't be dragged by the user) on the autohide dock bars. Use this function to control spacing between the left side of the leftmost autohide toolbar and the left side of the dock bar.
