Applies information loaded from registry to a tabbed control bar

This function is called by the framework when it restores docking state loaded from the registry. The function applies information about tab order and tab names to a tabbed bar.

Override this function in a derived class and do nothing if you want to preserve tab information while the other application state is being loaded.
