Call this method to add a new colored range to a gauge.

Parameters
dblStartValueColored range start value
dblFinishValueColored range finish value
brFillColored range background brush.
brFrameColored range foreground brush.
nScaleIndex of scale to add a new colored range to.
dblStartWidthstart width (in pixels)
dblFinishWidthfinish width (in pixels)
