Sets the visual manager-style color theme

Parameters

bSet	TRUE - set visual manager theme; FALSE - clean-up the theme.
bRedraw	If TRUE, the grid control is redrawn immediately after the color theme has changed.
bAutoUpdateOnVMChange	If TRUE, the theme will be automatically updated when the visual manager is being changed.
bIncludeScrollbarTheme	If TRUE, the scrollbar theme will be automatically updated when the visual manager is being changed.
