Called by the framework when the palette color box should be drawn.

Parameters

pDC	A pointer to a device context
rectColor	A color box bounding rectangle.
color	The color (RGB value).
bIsAutomatic	Specifies whetehr the color box is automatic (default).
bIsSelected	Specifies whether the color box is selected.
bOnPopupMenu	Specifies whetehr the color box is located on the popup color bar.

Returns

TRUE if custom drawing was peformed; FALSE - make the default drawing.
