Sets the new color theme

Use this function to change the color theme. The color theme specifies the grid appearance and allows gradient coloring for all grid parts: header, items, groups, lines, selection

Parameters

theme	Color theme to be selected in the grid
bRedraw	If TRUE, the grid control is redrawn immediately after the color theme has changed.
bFullCopy	If TRUE, all members of 'theme' will be copied to the grid colors scheme.
