Called by the framework when it needs to create an in-place edit control to edit the item.

Parameters

rectEdit	Bounding rectangle of the edit control.
bDefaultFormat	Output parameter, set to TRUE by default implementation. This parameter means whether the item displays the text in the default format, or the text must be formatted by custom code.
