Returns the number of first day of week.

Returns

An integer value representing the first day of week. The value is in inclusive interval 0-6. 0 corresponds to Sunday, 6 corresponds to Saturday.

Use this function to retrieve the first day of week. Use SetFirstDayOfWeek() to set this value to Planner.
