Parameters

nCmdID	Pane command ID.
lpszText	Specifies text string to be displayed on pane.
hBmpAnimationList	A handle to an image list used for animation.
cxAnimation	Specifies the width of icon in the image list used for animation.
clrTrnsp	Specifies transparent color of images in the image list used for animation.
hIcon	A handle to an icon to be displayed on pane.
bIsStatic	If TRUE, the status pane can't be clicked.
bDontScaleInHighDPIMode	If TRUE, the image is not scaled in high DPI mode.
bAlphaBlendIcon	If TRUE, the icon is 32 bpp.
