Called by the framework when a change is made to a system color setting.

This function is called by the framework when it is processing WM_SYSCOLORCHANGE message.

The default implementation does nothing. Override this member function in a CBCGPVisualManager - derived class to properly handle a situation when a change is made to a system color setting.
