Tells whether interaction with Windows 7/8/10 task bar is enabled or disabled.

This function returns TRUE if interaction with Windows 7/8/10 task bar is enabled; otherwise FALSE.

When interaction with Windows 7/8/10 task bar is enabled and the application uses MDI Tabs or MDI Tabbed Groups, each MDI children will be displayed on Windows 7/8/10 task bar thumbnails.
