Exports SVG image to bitmap.

Parameters

sizeDest	Specifies the bitmap destination size.
clrBackground	Specifies the bitmap background color.
bKeepAspectRatio	Specifies whether the image aspect ratio should be maintained.
bUseViewBoxSize	Specifies whether the view box size should be used instead of the image size.

Returns

The handle of the bitmap if succeeded; NULL if export is failed.

Parameters

bOptimizedConvertion

Specifies whether an optimized (single-pass) rendering will be used. The optimized conversion is always used for the font icons export.
