Called by the framework when the toolbox context is about to be displayed.

Parameters

point	Specifies the menu location.
pPage	A pointer to the active page.
nHit	The index of the selected toolbox element.

Returns

TRUE if it succeeds, FALSE if it fails.

By default this method does nothing. Override OnShowToolboxMenu in a derived class to display toolbox context menu.
