Returns visible legend bounds

This method returns visible legend bounds in client coordinates. The size of returned rectangle can be smaller than legend size returned by CBCGPChartLegendVisualObject::GetLegendSize. In this case legend displays scroll buttons. Note, there is no horizontal scrolling for vertical layout and vertical scrolling for horizontal layout.
