Enum which describes the diagram image vertical alignment.

VA_Top	The image is vertically aligned on top.
VA_Center	The image is vertically centered.
VA_Bottom	The image is vertically aligned on bottom.
VA_Stretch	The image is vertically stretched to whole bounding rectangle height.
