Enables or disables Office 2013/2016-like mode.

Use this function to enable or disable Office 2013/2016-like mode. In this mode all outlook bar page buttons are located on the bottom toolbar only.

By default this mode is disabled.

Note. This function must be called before Create().

If TRUE, the Office 2003 mode is enabled.
