type can be one of the following values:

• BCGPChartFormatSelection::ST_HORZ_AXIS_ONLY
• BCGPChartFormatSelection::ST_VERT_AXIS_ONLY
• BCGPChartFormatSelection::ST_VERT_AND_HORZ_AXES

It's recommended to set selection type using SetZoomScrollConfig().
