Sets zoom/scroll configuration.

Call this method to set a predefined configuration of zoom and scroll, including behavior and mouse buttons.

options can be one of the following enumerated values:

• BCGPChartMouseConfig::ZSO_NONE
• BCGPChartMouseConfig::ZSO_WHEEL_PAN
• BCGPChartMouseConfig::ZSO_MAGNIFY
• BCGPChartMouseConfig::ZSO_SELECT

selType can be one of the following values:

• BCGPChartFormatSelection::ST_HORZ_AXIS_ONLY - enables to select a range on horizontal axis, full displayed range on vertical axis
• BCGPChartFormatSelection::ST_VERT_AXIS_ONLY - enables to select a range on vertical axis, full displayed range on horizontal axis
• BCGPChartFormatSelection::ST_VERT_AND_HORZ_AXES - enables to select a range on horizontal and vertical axes
