Enables or disables zoom.

Use this method to enable or disable zoom.

Zoom can be enabled with a call on SetZoomScrollConfig() with BCGPChartMouseConfig::ZSO_WHEEL_PAN, BCGPChartMouseConfig::ZSO_MAGNIFY, or BCGPChartMouseConfig::ZSO_SELECT values.
